Job Title: Food and Beverage Professional

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Attendant. As a key member of our service staff, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Assist with food and beverage preparation, presentation, and service.
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication with colleagues and management regarding guest requests, special requirements, and any issues that may arise.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Full working rights in Australia without restrictions.
  • Prior experience working in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Completion of RSA Certification is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift up to 23 kg.
