A key role at Ambition, this position is a Wholesale Payment Documentation Associate, responsible for providing exceptional service to clients and offshore branches regarding documentary issues.

  • This 9-month contract offers a competitive day rate of $300-$350 + Super, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
About the Role:
  • As the primary point of contact, you will oversee client documentation requests, encompassing account maintenance, setup of Electronic Payment Signatory Forms, and managing additions and removals of signatories.
  • You will possess a solid understanding of company documentation, including Board Resolutions, Certificates of Incumbency, and Company Extracts.
  • An effective problem-solver, you will interpret and act on global documentation requirements, collaborating with internal stakeholders to implement strategies that align with business goals.
  • You will foster robust relationships with clients, grasping their documentary requirements and providing support for their initiatives.
  • Demonstrate your negotiation skills with both internal and external clients to ensure timely completion of all deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain disciplined case management practices, ensuring all client requests are logged, tracked, and reported promptly. Comply with all internal and external Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for both internal processes and client interactions.

  • Engage in learning about products and other efficiency initiatives, confidently discussing these initiatives with clients.
  • Work in partnership with Product, Operations, Technology, Compliance, Sales, and Implementation teams to advance the overall franchise agenda.
Requirements:
  • In-depth understanding of corporate banking and experience managing documentation within a banking environment.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification and familiarity with banking documentation and products, including domestic and international payments.
  • Proven track record in cultivating and managing client relationships and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
  • Strong skills in influencing, negotiation, and presentation, along with excellent analytical and process-oriented capabilities.
