As a key member of our retail team, you will be the face of Pandora in our Melbourne store. You will have the opportunity to make personal connections with customers and share their stories to create unforgettable experiences.

Your responsibilities as a Retail Assistant will include influencing and increasing sales through effective selling skills, learning and sharing product knowledge, and maintaining high shop floor standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Influence and increase sales through effective selling skills
  • Learn and confidently share product knowledge
  • Encourage customer loyalty and obtain customer data
  • Assist with product and POS deliveries
  • Complete online training modules
  • Lead by example and coach newer team members
Required Skills and Qualifications:

You must possess strong selling skills and experience in a luxury environment. You should also have excellent communication skills and be able to initiate contact with customers. Additionally, you should be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced sales environment and have a positive, can-do attitude.
