Job Opportunity for Childcare Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to take on a leadership role in our childcare centre, catering for children from 6 weeks to 6 years of age.

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong leadership skills, organisational abilities and a passion for providing high-quality care and education.

  • A degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of the National Regulations and Laws related to childcare
  • Ability to provide effective support and supervision to staff members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing a team of childcare professionals
  • Developing and implementing educational programs for children
  • Ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of children and staff
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Collaborating with other departments to achieve common goals
