Job Opportunity

The Disability and Communities Branch is responsible for creating equal opportunities for Victorians to live a safe, respected and valued life.

The successful applicant will provide high-quality support to the Executive Director, Disability and Director, Disability Reform.

  • Provide effective administrative services including correspondence, record keeping, meeting organisation, travel arrangements, and financial matters reporting.
  • Liaise with senior leadership, government and non-government organisations, and external clients to convey expectations and provide timely advice and referral.
  • Operate with confidentiality, discretion, and integrity in managing communication between stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide executive and administrative support to the Executive Director, Disability and Director, Disability Reform.
  • Communication: Liaise with ministers' offices, senior leadership, government and non-government organisations, and external clients.
  • Discretion and Integrity: Operate with confidentiality, discretion, and integrity in managing communication between stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • High-level administrative skills including correspondence, record keeping, meeting organisation, travel arrangements, and financial matters reporting.
