Job Title: State Manager

The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced senior leader to take on a newly created position as a State Manager, focusing on individual and community supports.

  • Oversee the operational performance of community-based disability services.
  • Evaluate service delivery against NDIS requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Drive financial results, workforce capability, and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Promote service quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead and support managers across multiple geographic locations.

This is a key leadership opportunity for a hands-on operator who is committed to enhancing service outcomes within the disability sector.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in operational leadership within disability or community support environments.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the NDIS, funding models, and compliance frameworks.
  • A proven record of leading and developing large, diverse teams through change.
  • Strong financial, commercial, and contract management expertise.
  • Advanced skills in analysis, decision-making, and project delivery.
  • Highly developed communication skills with the ability to engage a broad range of stakeholders.
