Personal Carer Role

We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Carer to join our team. As a Personal Carer, you will provide high-quality care to clients living in the community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.

The role involves providing in-home personal care, daily living assistance, and support with tasks such as showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry, and ironing. You will also be responsible for providing care in accordance with an individualized Care Plan and supporting community-based recreational and social activities.

Our ideal candidate will have a Certificate III Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent qualification, current Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum), roadworthy and insured vehicle, and experience with technology including smartphones, tablets, and laptops.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide in-home personal care and daily living assistance to clients
  • Support clients with tasks such as showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry, and ironing
  • Provide care in accordance with an individualized Care Plan
  • Support community-based recreational and social activities
Requirements:
  • Certificate III Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent qualification
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum)
  • Roadworthy and insured vehicle
  • Experience with technology including smartphones, tablets, and laptops
