Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Promote memberships through persuasive conversations and rapport building
  • Elevate member satisfaction by providing a warm welcome and exceptional experience every time they visit
  • Be the primary point of contact for members to ensure their experience is seamless and satisfying

To Succeed:

  • You must be willing to promote the club through social media and local outreach initiatives

  • Hold a valid work visa for Australia and have relevant industry certifications (Certificate III in Fitness preferred)
  • Demonstrate a passion for fitness and a positive attitude towards making a meaningful impact on people's lives
  • Be available to work Sundays
