As a Safety and Security Officer, you will be an integral part of a high-performing team dedicated to maintaining a secure and welcoming environment for all guests, staff, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols of the premises, documenting any security incidents, hazards, or unusual activities, and overseeing the entry of individuals onto the property while providing assistance and information as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patrols of designated areas to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and property
- Respond swiftly to incidents, emergencies, and disturbances as necessary
- Record and report security-related incidents, accidents, and violations in line with internal procedures
- Monitor access to restricted areas within The Star Gold Coast
Desired Qualifications:
- Current RSA, QLD Certificate 2 or 3 in Security Operations, including a Crowd Control module & Current Senior First Aid Certificate, including CPR module - essential
- Previous experience in high-volume crowd management - highly regarded
- A polished appearance and high standard of grooming
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work a rotating roster, including nights and weekends
