We're seeking an experienced Employee Experience Specialist to join our team at Auto & General. As an Employee Experience Specialist, you'll play a key role in enhancing key moments in the employee lifecycle to improve engagement and performance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver key employee lifecycle initiatives, including onboarding and retirement programs.
- Implement and evaluate diversity, inclusion, and belonging strategies with actionable recommendations and metrics.
- Lead projects to enhance diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
- Create people analytics and dashboards to drive strategy and improve the employee experience.
- Support the continuous listening framework by reporting and providing insights on engagement metrics.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships to align A&G's employee experience with business goals.
- Enhance workforce capability and planning by integrating the employee experience across touchpoints.
- Relevant qualifications in organisational development, HR, business management, or similar.
- Experience in employee experience practices such as engagement, diversity and inclusion, and wellbeing.
- Proven ability to lead initiatives, including project and change management.
- Experience applying design principles in large organisations.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills at all levels.
- Strategic thinking, data analysis, and solution development abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and engagement survey tools.
