Leadership Role in High Performance Sport
The Sport Performance Lead oversees a strategic role across all facets of high performance sport.
This position requires leading cross-functional teams to provide coherent and effective sporting programs and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a student-athlete career development program that aligns with industry partners.
- Manage research activities coordinated across the university with partnering faculties and industry organizations.
- Lead the development and coordination of well-structured plans and activities across internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder relations external to the university including peak bodies, community organizations, state government, and various suppliers/partners.
This role involves working within the Student Engagement and Sport teams and across the university to ensure performance-based sport activities are cohesive and aligned with strategies and action plans.
