The Role

We seek an experienced Track/Civil Senior Project Engineer to join our Rail Operations hub in Laverton North, VIC.

Rail Operations is a Business Unit within Laing O'Rourke, specializing in self-delivery of all aspects of rail construction.

This role offers leadership opportunities to work with a highly experienced team of technical experts.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage costs and subcontractors effectively.
  • Foster excellent communication at all levels.
  • Apply skills in pre-delivery and delivery of major infrastructure projects.
  • Provide leadership and direction to direct reports.
  • Ensure highest Health and Safety standards.
About You
  • You will have experience delivering large-scale infrastructure projects in rail and associated infrastructure.
  • A degree in engineering or construction management is required, ideally with experience working on major infrastructure projects.
