
Therapeutic Specialist for Aboriginal Cultural Wellbeing

Seeking a Senior Aboriginal Cultural Healing Therapist to apply culturally safe approaches and holistic healing principles, underpinned by VACCA's Cultural Therapeutic Ways framework.
About You- Demonstrated commitment to the values that underpin our vision and purpose.
- Awareness and appreciation of Aboriginal societies and cultures, with commitment to continually build knowledge.
- Understanding of child development, strength-based trauma-informed practice specific to sexual assault and its impact.
- Culturally appropriate service responses for Aboriginal communities in the Western Melbourne Area, with excellent communication skills.
- Tertiary qualification and experience working in a therapeutic or cultural healing context.
- Full Victorian Driver's Licence, current employment Working With Children Check card, and clear National Police Check.
