Dealer Network Development Manager

We are seeking a results-driven leader to oversee and enhance the performance of our national dealer network.

  • This pivotal role will ensure sales targets are achieved, customer service standards remain exceptional, and dealers align with strategic objectives.
About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in building and managing high-performing dealer networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive dealer sales growth and profitability through performance monitoring and targeted improvement plans.
  • Conduct regular dealer visits and quarterly performance reviews with actionable feedback.
  • Lead dealer engagement initiatives, including marketing campaigns, training, and promotional activities.
  • Oversee inventory management and pricing strategies to optimize stock turnover.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and brand guidelines.

The successful candidate will have a minimum 5 years' experience in automotive or recreational vehicle sales, dealer development, or a related field.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven track record in building and managing high-performing dealer networks.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce CRM, with the ability to analyze performance data.
