The role of Clinical Facilitator involves providing advanced clinical and problem-solving skills, expert planning and coordination skills to ensure provision of education and quality services aligned with safe and quality care as well as service and organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work in conjunction with the Nurse Educator
  • Plan, manage and deliver professional and clinical education, quality and research
  • Provide support in management activities across various services within the organisation
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • A qualification with the relevant National Health Practitioner Board (AHPRA) or association
  • Advanced level of clinical knowledge, expertise and conceptual skills to translate strategy into innovative clinical practice solutions
  • Experience in designing and implementing clinical services and/or programs in public and/or private healthcare services and facilities
  • Extensive experience in program and project management, including overseeing the development and implementation of plans by team members
  • Advance leadership skills to successfully lead and manage a small team
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain effective and collaborative relationships
  • High level of interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
