A Day in the Life of a Customer Service Specialist

As a customer service specialist, your typical day will involve working in a safe and supported workshop environment. Your responsibilities will include performing services on customer vehicles, removing existing tyres and fitting replacements, diagnosing and assessing tyre wear and damage, selecting correct tubes, rims and accessories, and communicating safety and service requirements to customers.

About You

We are looking for long-term career seekers with a passion for customer service and retail. No prior experience is necessary; you will be trained on the job. If you have an interest in automotive or cars, this role offers hands-on experience and development of customer service and retail sales skills.
