Job Title:

Site Administrator

Job Description:

As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our site operations. This includes maintaining accurate records, managing inventory, and processing accounts.

You will work closely with our project managers and other teams to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. If you have a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills, we would love to hear from you.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Similar site-based administration experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong administration skills
  • Experience with Teambinder and JDE desirable
  • Ability to plan and prioritise workloads in fast-paced environments
  • Proven communication skills with diverse stakeholders
