We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Waiter/Server to join our fine dining restaurant team.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

A valid RSA certification is required for this position. This entails having prior knowledge and application of RSA practices.

This full-time opportunity involves approximately 38-45 hours of work per week.

Please note that regular attendance at our Sydney location is necessary for this in-person role.
