As a Customer Experience Liaison, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service. Your interactions with customers will be at the forefront of our business, providing support and helping them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will explore customers' needs through in-depth conversations to understand their financial objectives and collaborate with colleagues to provide tailored solutions.
  • Support customers in developing their digital literacy and navigating online banking services as we continue to innovate and enhance our offerings.
  • You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling transactions, managing cash, investigating queries, and assisting with paperwork while ensuring risk considerations are prioritized.
  • Embracing a culture of continuous learning, you will take advantage of on-the-job training and external development opportunities to advance your skills and career.
  • You will build strong relationships by supporting customers, contributing to community initiatives, and making a positive impact in the communities we serve.

This is a permanent, part-time position requiring 50 hours of work per fortnight. To succeed, you must consistently deliver exceptional customer service, possessing experience in customer-facing environments and strong attention to detail.
