The company is looking for a highly skilled Staff Software Engineer.

This role involves working with emerging technologies to support the company's strategy through world-class engineering capability.

  • You will be part of the customer relationship workbench crew and your mission will be to deliver the next generation of AI-powered CRM experiences.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with the global engineering community to use AI-assisted tools and capabilities to build business banking functionality.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborating with the team to tackle complex technical problems, contributing to design and implementation to ensure quality engineering outcomes
  • Translating requirements into engineering solutions, breaking down work and providing clarity for team members
  • Experimenting with emerging AI-assisted engineering tools and cloud services, providing feedback from real-world testing
  • Delivering robust, reusable solutions that integrate into other teams' workflows and products
  • Contributing to architectural discussions, proposing improvements and modelling standards and best practices
  • Participating in code reviews, maintaining high-quality code bases and assisting with documentation for knowledge sharing
  • Working on cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and addressing inter-dependencies
  • Coaching and mentoring junior members in the team

To be successful in this role, you will need to have extensive experience designing and implementing scalable, maintainable and reliable software solutions.

  • Strong technical leadership skills are required, as well as the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to solve business-critical problems
  • Able to provide technical direction, review designs and code to ensure best practices
