Assembly Technician

Our innovative manufacturing solution empowers elite sporting organisations to measure, manage and improve athlete strength, performance and rehabilitation.

This is a casual role, working 1-2 days per week. As the business grows, the scope and capacity of this position can potentially increase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mechanical parts assembly & disassembly
  • Mechanical parts repair & refurbishment
  • Incoming parts inspection
  • Production Test & QA
  • Inventory monitoring
  • Packaging & logistics
  • Warehouse maintenance & improvement

Requirements:

  • 1 year experience in similar roles
  • Hands-on experience with a range of hand tools and power tools
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in mechanical assembly
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Heavy lifting of metal parts (~10kg)
  • Some experience working with electronics such as soldering, desoldering and PCB level repair (desirable but not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
