About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Associate Structural Engineer.

As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to lead structural designs for conveyance pipelines, hydraulic structures, pump stations, service reservoirs, and treatment facilities along with general light and heavy industrial projects.

You will manage end-to-end project delivery, including design, documentation, and construction phase support. You will also be given opportunities for leading and mentoring junior engineers and their professional growth and development within the local industrial and water teams.

To succeed in this position, you will need to be a Chartered Professional Engineer with a bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering, and experience in the water and wastewater sector and general industrial structures.

  • Proven experience in various aspects of structural engineering is essential.
  • Experience delivering water and wastewater projects in accordance with Australian requirements is highly valued.
  • Ability to scope and develop engineering work packages is critical.
  • An interest in strengthening and growing existing client connections and supporting the building of relevant new relationships is desirable.
  • A collaborative working style that embraces working with other disciplines is necessary.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and career progression is expected.
