Senior Urban Planning Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Designer to lead our urban planning initiatives. This role will focus on delivering high-quality solutions for urban, land and subdivision projects.

As a senior civil designer, you will have expertise in preparing conceptual and detailed designs using specialized software for land subdivisions, road infrastructure, drainage, sewer & water systems and associated infrastructure.

You will interpret civil design requirements from government agencies, private sector clients, and interface with associated disciplines such as transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical and landscaping.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated senior civil designer experience in urban, land and subdivisions, relevant qualifications, and familiarity with local authority and state government approval and regulatory requirements.
