Urban Civil Design Specialist Opportunity

Deliver innovative solutions in urban, land and subdivision projects as a skilled civil designer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop conceptual and detailed designs using 12D software for land subdivisions, road infrastructure, drainage, sewer & water systems, and associated infrastructure.
  • Interpret civil design requirements from State Government, Local Government Authorities, and private sector clients.
  • Collaborate with transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical, and landscaping disciplines to achieve project goals.
  • Communicate with clients regarding project needs and expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a senior civil designer in urban, land, and subdivision projects.
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications.
  • Demonstrated expertise in using 12D software.
  • Familiarity with local authority and state government regulations and approval processes.
