The Role

We are seeking an inspirational leader to join our team as a Special Counsel in Property. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in servicing our top-tiered Banking and Finance clients, as well as other firm clients where we have opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance on property transactions, ensuring smooth and error-free conveyancing processes.
  • Lead our national team with passion and excellence, identifying key training requirements and implementing effective solutions.
  • Streamline processes and create frameworks to enhance efficiency and quality assurance.
  • Drive a mindset shift towards service as a sustainable value, embracing technology, digital, and automation.
  • Develop and grow your team's day-to-day capabilities, fostering a fun, spirited, and energetic culture.
