About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Inhouse Counsel to join our high-performing legal team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our experienced in-house lawyers to provide expert advice on property transactions, including commercial property leasing, acquisitions, and disposals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice on property transactions, including commercial property leasing, acquisitions, and disposals
  • Work with a group of experienced in-house lawyers to deliver high-quality legal services
  • Research case law, legislation, and court rules to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Prepare court documents, contracts, and other transactional documents
  • Collaborate with construction, financing, and tax teams to deliver complex development transactions
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience as an in-house lawyer
  • Experience working on property transactions, including commercial property leasing, acquisitions, and disposals
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to work to tight timeframes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and drafting skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results
