About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Property Manager to lead our high-end property portfolio in Adelaide. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing a carefully curated portfolio of premium properties, providing expert management services to property owners, tenants, and builders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of high-end properties, ensuring premium service and long-term client satisfaction.
  • Leadership: Mentor and support junior property managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • New Builds Management: Lead the coordination of new build properties, liaising with builders to ensure seamless communication and a smooth process from start to finish.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, providing regular updates, detailed reporting, and expert advice on property management strategies.
  • Repairs, Compliance & Maintenance: Ensure all properties meet relevant compliance standards, manage repairs and maintenance, and oversee financial tasks such as rent collection and arrears management.
  • Strategic Growth: Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the company's growth initiatives through innovative property management solutions.
  • Client Reporting & Administration: Provide regular updates and detailed reports to property owners, maintain accurate lease records, and assist with the coordination of ingoing, routine, and outgoing reports through to bond completion.

About You:

  • Experience: You are a seasoned Property Manager with at least 5+ years of experience managing premium property portfolios, ideally including experience with new builds.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a team, mentor junior staff, and foster a positive working environment.
  • Qualifications: Must hold the necessary qualifications to operate as a Senior Property Manager in Adelaide. A current driver's license is required.
  • Skills & Attitude: Strong organisational, negotiation, and time management skills. You have a client-focused approach with the ability to handle high-value property portfolios.
  • Attention to Detail: You possess excellent attention to detail, ensuring compliance, client satisfaction, and operational excellence at every stage of property management.
