Electrical Maintenance Leadership

We are seeking an experienced leader to head our electrical and automation functions at our site.

This role plays a key part in sustaining high-performance manufacturing by managing a team of qualified electricians, overseeing compliance with electrical safety standards, and driving continuous improvement in automated systems.

You will contribute to the success of our operations by:

  • Providing technical oversight across PLCs, SCADA, motor control, and instrumentation systems.
  • Supporting integration and optimisation of advanced automation technologies to improve performance.
  • Partnering with production and engineering teams to reduce downtime and enhance asset reliability.
  • Ensuring maintenance practices align with our safety-first culture and operational excellence standards.
  • Leading and supervising the mechanical maintenance trades at our site, ensuring cross-disciplinary coordination.
  • Overseeing both electrical and mechanical maintenance outcomes, including compliance, asset care, and resource planning.

Requirements include a degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Automation, with minimum 10 years' experience in asset management. You should have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
