Job Title: Strategic Transformation Specialist

A strategic transformation specialist is required to drive the delivery of significant change initiatives. This role involves assessing business needs and developing strategies for timely and successful implementation of change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement change management strategies, plans, and deliverables to enable adoption.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives, identify risks, and manage mitigation.
  • Provide change guidance to projects and programs, determining strategies from impact assessment to business-as-usual transition.
  • Ensure governance compliance, identify stakeholders, facilitate communication, and manage change risks.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in leading transformational change management initiatives in Risk Management, Insurance, Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years' experience in roles specifically related to change management, organisational development, or transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships, influence executive support, senior leaders, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to synthesise and present information in written and verbal forms.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver full cycle, end-to-end, change programs and related activities and deliverables.
