Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply systems thinking to analyse current-state processes and design future-state models aligned with strategic goals
  • Use structured techniques to map business capabilities, processes, roles, and data
  • Contribute to the development of roadmaps and maturity assessments, ensuring alignment with strategy, standards, and financial objectives
  • Champion business design principles in decision-making forums and cross-functional initiatives
  • Contribute to the co-design of target-state processes and change initiatives using consistent design practices
  • Support business case development and ensure strategic alignment of projects

About You:

  • Proven experience (3+ years') in continuous improvement, process transformation, and data-driven analysis
  • Strong critical thinking and systems thinking capabilities
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills
  • Familiarity with Business Architecture frameworks and tools (e.g. capability mapping)
  • Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or working towards one)
