
Customer Experience Ambassador

We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on customer experience ambassador to join our team.
This is a permanent, part-time role working 4 days (32 hours) per week, Tuesday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage the appointment schedule for audiologists, including setting and rescheduling appointments for clients
- Greet clients at the clinic and update client records
- Assist with client and doctor enquiries
- Answer clinic phone calls and emails
- Provide basic troubleshooting and servicing for hearing devices
- Accurate billing of appointments
- General office duties
- A passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and lots of patience
- Demonstrated experience working within a team environment
- Demonstrated judgement and administrative skills
- Excellent computer skills
- A warm, collaborative attitude
- Excellent problem solving skills
