About the Opportunity

We're seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for providing expert advice to customers on a wide range of products and services.

This is a six month fixed term part time opportunity, working 15 hours per week across a variety of operating hours including weekdays, weekday evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure great customer experience
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Operate as a proud brand ambassador, promoting the company's values and mission
