
Customer Service Ambassador

We're seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for providing expert advice to customers on a wide range of products and services.
This is a six month fixed term part time opportunity, working 15 hours per week across a variety of operating hours including weekdays, weekday evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure great customer experience
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Operate as a proud brand ambassador, promoting the company's values and mission
Requirements

- A customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility with your availability, being able to work a variety of hours across weekdays and weekends
