About the Role:

Job Description

This role presents an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and fast-paced team as a Merchandise Operations Assistant. Key responsibilities include managing and maintaining pricing in relevant systems to ensure timely and accurate ticket pricing across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and follow through customer and store orders to ensure efficient delivery of products to customers and store orders.
  • Update, load and configure pricing in time for all channels to meet business and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure accuracy of pricing by undertaking routine checks as part of the change process.
  • Review market advertising print media and recommend price changes where competitor pricing beats current in-store or online ticket price.
  • Provide administration and coordination support to category teams/marketing/merchandise operation/store operation and stores regarding competition pricing and product changes including commission tier maintenance.
  • Ad hoc reporting to support Merchandise Operation Manager on project requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient experience across Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word essential.
  • Very organized and action-oriented with attention to detail.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects/stakeholders at once.
  • Customer-focused mindset in all that you do.
  • Understanding of visual merchandising and category development.
