Key Roles and Responsibilities

The role involves assisting in the development and execution of pricing strategies for Merchant Services across customer segments, taking into account both Merchant Services profitability, Merchant Services product and partnership strategy, and the overall NAB relationship value.

You will support and manage analysis of the competitive environment to identify opportunities for pricing optimization and differentiation while considering broader economic and regulatory requirements.

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of end-to-end pricing value chain, ensuring processes and controls are robust and in line with internal standards including pricing frameworks, pricing governance/compliance, and pricing modelling.

  • Assist in developing and executing pricing strategies that consider multiple factors.
  • Support and manage analysis of the competitive environment to identify pricing opportunities.
  • Manage the end-to-end pricing value chain to ensure robust processes and controls.
Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have experience in banking ideally in a pricing or product management function. You should also have experience in managing pricing models and data models, understanding end-to-end process value chains that manage profitability across the customer lifecycle and risk.
