Job Title: Personal Support Worker

About the Role:

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care such as showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming while maintaining dignity and privacy
  • Assisting with mobility support, monitoring health, and meal assistance
  • Maintaining accurate records of care provided and observations
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for our residents

Requirements:

- Cert III Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification

- Adaptable, passionate, and willingness to learn and grow

- Collaborative and skilled at teamwork and communication
