Role Overview

This part-time role reports to the State Performance Manager and focuses on driving an outstanding member experience, fostering key stakeholder relationships, and handling customer service and administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate possesses demonstrated experience in a fast-paced premium customer service environment, intermediate computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and can work independently. Previous sales experience is desirable.
