We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Member Support Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our club, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base.

Your primary focus will be on achieving membership growth goals through proactive sales activities and retaining existing members through exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for generating and converting high-quality sales leads, providing sales presentations and tours to prospective members, and creating great member journeys via positive and personalized interactions.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess outstanding communication abilities, tenacity, and a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals. You will also need to have current First Aid & CPR certificates and the ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a realistic OTE of $70,000-$75,000 (made up of base salary and commission), plus super.
