Club Manager - Fitness Operations

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Club Manager to lead our dedicated team and provide an exceptional experience to our valued members. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team, guaranteeing their motivation, involvement, and provision of outstanding service to our members.
  • Foster a positive and energetic atmosphere in the club, creating a welcoming environment where members feel inspired and supported in achieving their fitness goals.
  • Oversee daily operations, including facility maintenance, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Build strong relationships with members, actively listening to their feedback and addressing their concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the regional management team, sharing insights and participating in regular meetings and trainings.

Requirements:

  • Passion for fitness and a strong belief in supporting our members with their fitness journeys.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
