Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the operations of our K-12 institution. The ideal candidate will lead staff and students towards a future of growth, fostering a strong and positive culture grounded in Christian values.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leverage academic expertise to drive operational excellence across the board.
  • Cultivate effective relationships with families, teaching and non-teaching staff, and the broader community through open communication.
  • Maintain a visible presence within the classroom through a part-time teaching load.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of operational systems and procedures that support high academic standards.
  • Coordinate calendars, timetables, activities, and major events to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage relief staffing to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Ensure compliance with excursion/incursion regulations (including sports activities) and emergency procedures.
  • Support academic operations including NAPLAN, HSC, exams, and subject selection.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and policy development as part of the Executive Team.

  • Prove experience in school operations or educational leadership.
