Dynamic Veterinary Practice Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Practice Manager to join our team. This is a part-time role located in the southern hills-face zone suburb of Aberfoyle Park.
Our clinic is surrounded by natural beauty and has easy access to amenities. We prioritize work-life balance with structured rosters and aim to promote a fun, friendly, and supportive workplace culture.
The successful candidate will oversee various aspects of practice operations, including:
- Leadership and Business Development: planning, policy development, performance management, training, and staff acquisition/retention
- Administrative Tasks: rostering, compliance, building maintenance, and WHS
- Financial Management: managing accounts payable and receivable, banking reconciliations, budgeting, and strategic directions
- Client Care Duties: client communication, local marketing, social media, and complaint resolution
The right candidate will bring necessary skills and enthusiasm to this role. Training and support will be provided to ensure success.
