Lead Emergency Nurse Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Emergency Nurse to lead our team in Adelaide.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Practice Manager or Veterinary Nurse looking to make a real difference in the lives of pets in need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with other team leaders, Veterinary Director, and Practice Manager to lead a team of experienced emergency nurses.
  • Maintain a high standard of patient care and provide exceptional service to clients.
  • Communicate effectively with your team and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Work collaboratively and be rostered alongside your team to set a good example.
Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Possess a Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing and preferably have experience in a leadership position (Practice Manager).
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in a busy GP clinic or in an emergency/critical care role.
  • Be calm, focused, and compassionate under pressure and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
  • Display a genuine passion for patient and client care.
