Accounting Expertise

This role involves delivering accurate and timely financial information to stakeholders, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing journal entries, managing reconciliations, budgets, and wash-ups across a diverse portfolio of assets.

Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders is essential for this position. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
  • CPA/CA qualification (or currently studying towards it) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MRI/Yardi property accounting platforms is necessary for success in this role.

A background in real estate and client service is beneficial for this position. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a diverse portfolio, deliver high-quality financial reporting, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
