Job Title: Investment Assurance Manager

The role of the Investment Assurance Manager is to lead the delivery of investment/portfolio assurance services to the department. This will involve working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to create and lead high-performing teams that can adapt quickly to change and evolving priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership to develop investment and portfolio assurance processes and guidance that add value to the department by continually improving capability.
  • Offer expert advice to governance groups, executive management, and key stakeholders on ICT investment/portfolio assurance and devise approaches to control compliance with relevant processes and standards.
  • Develop and maintain trusted working partnerships across the department to ensure business objectives are achieved through effective investment and portfolio assurance practices.
  • Proactively manage the work performance and personal conduct of staff members.

Strong analytical skills and ability to critically review the performance of investment/portfolio services to ensure they deliver value for key stakeholders.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Ability to understand business unit needs to ensure DHPW investment outcomes can be delivered efficiently through providing early advice.
