Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Portfolio Specialist to join our organization.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in implementing a Portfolio Prioritization Framework and providing expertise to improve investment planning and decision-making processes.

You will interpret relevant frameworks and methodologies to develop practical prioritization tools, advise on infrastructure portfolio planning, including demand forecasting, cost-benefit analysis, and program balancing.

As an expert in your field, you will provide guidance and support to senior executives and government stakeholders, facilitating workshops and briefings with confidence. You will also build organizational capability by developing tools, templates, training, and guidance material.

To succeed in this position, you will need to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to embed evidence-based and disciplined prioritization practices.

Qualifications & Experience

Tertiary qualifications in Asset Management, Project Management, Infrastructure Planning, Business, Economics or related fields.

Demonstrated experience in government infrastructure investment planning or capital portfolio management.

Experience working in complex organizations or government agencies is essential.

Background in public sector reform, business transformation, or applying prioritization and decision-making frameworks in infrastructure or planning contexts is highly valued.
