- Qualifications: TAE40110 or TAE40116 (including TAEASS501 and TAELLN411) or higher VET teaching qualification.
- Experience: Ability to work in a team and autonomously.

- Proficiency: Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), including the ability to communicate effectively across large groups.
- Confidence: A confident and flexible approach to teaching.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust teaching methods based on the needs of individual learners and the dynamics of the classroom.
- IT Skills: Proficient in IT systems and MS Office suite.
- Certification: WorkSafe accredited for forklift operation (advantage but not mandatory).
This position requires the applicant to consent to a national police check and other relevant security checks associated with working within a custodial environment.
