Role Summary:

This is a senior technical consulting position where you will lead the delivery of complex projects and work closely with customers to understand their business needs.

As a leader in technical consulting, you will be responsible for driving the technical aspects of project delivery, configuring applications and workflows, and identifying customer use cases.

You will have a strong understanding of Infrastructure and Operations Management, excellent communication skills, and interpersonal skills focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will also have experience with Monitoring tools, Scripting skills, and knowledge of ITIL / CMDB implementations.
