Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vehicle Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of our fleet, maintaining top-notch readiness of our vehicles, and delivering exceptional customer service.

The Vehicle Coordinator will take ownership of making sure our vehicles are clean, serviced, damage-assessed, and 100% customer-ready across all product lines. This includes ensuring all vehicles are cleaned, full of fuel/charge, controlling cars that are onsite at the depot, and maintaining a neat and tidy depot carpark.

  • Inspecting and reviewing accident repaired vehicles
  • Organising the depot at the end of each day – ensuring vehicles are parked appropriately and secure
  • Assisting stakeholders with vehicle pick-ups – Service, Accident repairs
  • Ensuring all vehicles are serviced on time and have the necessary works completed
  • Receiving and preparing new vehicles (installation of telematic devices)
  • Assisting in vehicle preparation for de-fleet (sale preparation)

Key Responsibilities

  • Full unrestricted Australian Driver's License
  • Comfortable commuting and working out of our Gold Coast Hub
  • Intermediate level computer skills
  • Strong can-do attitude with demonstrated ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to ensure all compliance requirements are met
  • The ability to go above & beyond in your role to assist the team and for customer satisfaction
