This role involves coordinating project activities to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Key responsibilities include managing schedules, meetings, workshops and reporting rhythms; maintaining documentation across action logs, risk registers and issue trackers; preparing project dashboards, reports and presentations.
Track timelines, identify risks early and escalate with context; support resourcing, project communications, budget tracking, procurement and vendor management.
Elicit and document business requirements through interviews and workshops; map processes and analyse data to surface opportunities and inform decisions.
Craft functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria; guide delivery and support testing and UAT from defect triage to final validation; facilitate workshops and capture outcomes that shape solution design.
Partner with the technical team to align business needs with system capability.
About You / Qualifications- Experience in project coordination or PMO support within a corporate or technology environment.
- Strong skills in business analysis, requirements gathering and process mapping.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile and/or Waterfall).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with MS Project, JIRA, Excel or similar tools is preferred.
- Excellent communication, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Experience supporting testing or UAT coordination.
- Relevant certifications (CBAP, CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation).
