Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Design Manager/Design Lead to join our team and take ownership of exciting and complex projects from inception to completion.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a critical role in overseeing the design process, coordinating consultants, managing documentation, and ensuring design solutions meet client requirements, budgets, and timelines.

  • Manage the design process from concept to construction
  • Coordinate and liaise with architects, consultants, and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with project requirements and building codes
  • Identify and resolve design issues quickly and effectively
  • Oversee documentation and ensure smooth project handovers
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on quality and efficiency
Key Qualifications
  • Qualified Architect, Design Manager, or similar background
  • Minimum 8+ years' experience in design management or architectural delivery
  • Proven experience with commercial or high-rise projects
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently
