Senior Design Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Design Project Coordinator to oversee the design process, coordinate consultants, manage documentation, and ensure design solutions meet client requirements and timelines for a well-established company in Brisbane.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance with project requirements, building codes, and identifying and resolving design issues quickly and effectively.
- Manage the design process from concept to construction
- Coordinate and liaise with architects, consultants, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with project requirements and building codes
- Identify and resolve design issues quickly and effectively
- Oversee documentation and ensure smooth project handovers
To be successful, you will have:
- A qualified background in architecture or design management
- Minimum 8+ years' experience in design management or architectural delivery
- Proven experience with commercial or high-rise projects
- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
